With over 20 years of experience advocating for the employee journey, combined with my training as a mental health counseling graduate student, I provide holistic support that enhances both personal and professional well-being. In turn, this improves employees' experiences at work, benefiting managers, their direct reports, teams, and the overall company culture. I focus on creating a space where individuals feel valued, empowered, and supported in their personal and professional growth while fostering an understanding of their mental well-being. My consulting practice include individual and leadership coaching, strategic HR guidance, and initiatives that promote mental health, multiculturalism, social justice and employee engagement. With decades of experience as an HR leader advocating for all employees, regardless of role, rank, or identity, and my training in mental health counseling at Northwestern (Class of '25), I’m here as your trusted advisor, confidante, and 'therapist,' offering discreet and compassionate guidance. My goal is to support you fully, helping you create a positive and healthy experience both at work and in life.

It’s not an easy journey, but together we can make it a little more manageable, allowing you to find clarity and a path forward.
